Just wanted to say, Thank You!!!! For a very yummy Father's Day lunch! It started off amazing as our 3 kids were still tired and opted out of this glorious meal.

So, here we are, no kids, great parking and first customers (10:54am). Ordered the soup of the day... cauliflower bisque. That yummy, creamy, savory deliciousness was the perfect temperature of liquid gold that started the mood off right!

Next up! Pork bites! The tender succulent meaty morsels of manna is what my cat must experience when she eats those whisker lick'n cat treats! Oh what a treat that was! The glaze.... OMG! The crispy texture with the moist (the only time I use that word and NOT gag) tender pork peices.... WOW! We were popp'n those suckers like tic tacs!

The Mr. had the brisket special (soooooo soooooo good). And I had....

The goat cheese BlackBerry jam burger with arugula. The simplicity of the burger in general is what I love. Every bite of this heavenly creation made sweet sweet love to my taste buds! Pairing the earthy flavor of the best cheese on the planet with that rustic jam is pure genius!!!! The juiciness of your burger was perfection! For about 15 minutes, I was trying to figure out your meat to fat ratio. How anyone can cook a burger with minimum pink and it be so juicy and I can still taste the main event, the burger, without a thousand pounds of seasoning... sir, you have the gift!

My tongue wanted to jump out my mouth and slap my mama in a pure primal expression of nirvana! I came home, went to sleep and have just awakened from a blissful slumber of a 4.5 hour hibernation.

Speaking of mama's, mine will be here from Jacksonville Florida in 9 days... we will be back!
